DOMESTIC SHIPPING & RETURNS:

Shipment/Delivery Info for delivery within India :-

a) The Furniture goods (except small home decorative) are delivered by Road/Surface through Reputed Cargo companies like FedEx, Trackon Gati, DHL etc. The transit time varies from 5-15 days depending on the travelling distance from Jodhpur (raj.). Or Pune, Maharashtra.

b) Though no additional taxes/permit required in GST but in case in future if any STATE/UT have ‘octroi’, ‘other taxes’ & ‘Entry Permit’ for delivery then it is to be paid/arranged by the buyer.

c) For heavy furniture items the door delivery will be considered as ground floor/premises delivery & not inside the house. On exceptional cases we shall provide upper floor delivery by takin…

To enjoy years of happy use and good service from your Rightwood furniture, we recommend simple steps as below:

A) HOW TO WAX YOUR FURNITURE
We recommend using Wood wax which helps protect, develop and deepen the lustre of the grain.

B) HOW TO REMOVE A RING/STAIN FROM YOUR SHEESHAM WOOD
Because our furniture is traditionally waxed (not lacquered or varnished), heat and liquids may cause a bloom or ring marks to appear. Keep a supply of coasters handy.

C) AVOID DIRECT SUNLIGHT
As with any solid wood item, it’s wise to avoid direct sunlight or heat sources as they may cause movement or cracking of the wood.

D) IS THIS FURNITURE NEED TO BE POLISHED PERIODICALLY
Normally there is no need to Repolish furniture but if there will be scratches on areas like sofa armrest, table tops should be repolished periodically
